Michel CHENTWALI is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of dax. He coordinates day-to-day organisation, connects ideas to actions and makes sure the team’s priorities turn into concrete progress.
He also takes part in developing dax digital solutions. This dual approach, operational and technical, allows him to understand both how the team works internally and the needs of the organisations dax supports.
His role is notably to help the team stay on course: organising work better, making collaboration easier, following projects and making sure every solution stays aligned with the vision of dax.
Day to day
Michel is a likeable, approachable person who is naturally close to the team. He brings an energy that makes exchanges and collaboration easier, while staying focused on what really needs to move forward. He knows that good products are built as much through technical quality as through a well-coordinated team.
