Marcellin MUHABWA is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of dax. He sets the company’s overall direction, coordinates priorities and makes sure every solution developed by dax stays useful, clear and suited to the realities of organisations.
His role is not limited to strategy. Marcellin also takes part in building the products and developing the digital solutions. He combines a leader’s vision with a concrete understanding of what creating software requires: listening to needs, organising ideas, making choices and turning an intention into a truly usable tool.
Through dax, he stands for a simple conviction: schools, businesses, gyms and event organisers should be able to work with digital tools that make their daily life easier instead of more complicated.
Day to day
Marcellin can seem reserved at first. He favours listening, reflection and work done well over grand speeches. But this discretion comes with genuine attention to people, to ideas and to the growth of dax.
